Building Somatic Intelligence cont… Time to practice…. ⏱️ #1) choose 3+ times a day when you can take 1 mins to practice noticing your physical body. 2) set your phone alarm to remind you or attach it to something you already do (ie. when you’re sitting to eat, getting into your car, having a shower…) 3) set your stopwatch for 1 mins & GO!! 4) Notice & name your physical sensations. Like those “where’s Waldo?” Books from childhood- Search for and notice as many sensations as possible. 💡Idea 💡If you feel stuck, focus your awareness on these these categories: 👉🏽Individual Body parts or regions (Skin, Muscles, back, feet, heart, stomach) Temperature? Posture? Pressure? Comfort vs. Discomfort…? Have fun & don’t feel bad if you can’t notice anything!! Practice makes progress 🫶🏽 💡Body hack💡scrunch your face & tense all of your muscles in your body for 10 secs. When you let go, all the blood will rush back and you will be able to FEEL much more than before.

Embodiment coaching is like skipping the line & getting direct back door access. Instead of overthinking & searching to figure out what your brain really means or wants, go directly to the body!!
